Research and Design Strategy

Trained as an anthropologist, I conduct research (interviews, focus groups, surveys, usability testing, and ethnography) to design better products and services. Iā€™m especially experienced in applying these techniques to non-profit and development organizations. I have a special interest in food + climate, civic + gov tech, education + future of work, and fin-tech to support SMBs, immigrants, and low-income individuals.
